I lead product strategy for PayPal's billing platform, powering recurring and vaulted payments for millions of users worldwide. I revamped the in-app Subscription Hub for 400K+ weekly users, piloted a new 0-to-1 experience that lifted merchant conversion by 5%, and partnered with top merchants on migrations that unlocked $XXX+ in annualized incremental payment volume.

Grab was where I learned to love a good puzzle - owning product strategy for payment and fraud loss across users, drivers, and merchants in Southeast Asia's wonderfully messy, fast-moving markets, and presenting the fixes straight to Grab's CEO and CPO. I cut payment arrears in Vietnam by 50%, choked off driver-initiated fraud by $30K/month with smarter onboarding checks, and paired data science models with telematics to automate decisions no one wanted to make by hand. Along the way, targeted experiments unlocked ~$200K/month in incremental cashless volume - turns out fighting fraud can actually be fun.

Tiki was my first stint outside India, and Vietnam turned out to be an amazing market to learn in - working with a local firm on problems you don't see anywhere else. I grew paid membership subscribers 6x and revenue 2x through onboarding improvements and partner integrations with telcos, e-wallets, and banks, and launched a "Guaranteed Next Day Delivery" offering across 200K+ eligible products. I picked up a bit of Vietnamese along the way, and thoroughly enjoyed the stint.

I was selected for Amazon's Marketplace Leadership Program in Bengaluru, a rotational program with 1-year stints across Seller Services teams - including Seller Acquisition and Seller University - and converted my internship into a full-time offer. I drove ~20% quarterly sales growth for new self-serve sellers by improving pricing, Prime benefits, and assortment guidance, and built a data model to sharpen seller acquisition.
